Camping World Stadium Renovation
Project Description
As part of the renovation and modernization of Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida, volerGROUP provided comprehensive surveying, mapping, and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services to support DLR Group's design efforts. The project involved significant stadium improvements, including a complex arrangement of structural columns and associated infrastructure requiring accurate documentation of existing site conditions and subsurface utilities.
volerGROUP's services included a detailed topographic survey of the stadium property and Quality Level A and B subsurface utility investigations, incorporating utility designation and vacuum excavation to identify and document existing underground infrastructure. Additional services included boundary and topographic surveys of surrounding parking areas, including Lots 2–7, Lot E (McCracken Field), Lot D (Tinker Field), and Lot C. volerGROUP also established horizontal and vertical survey control to support the stadium's LiDAR scanning operations.
These services provided critical survey and utility information to support design coordination, minimize potential conflicts with existing infrastructure, and facilitate the planning and design of the stadium renovations.
